Shipping Policy
At a Glance
- Processing time: Electrum Ink has a three (3) business day processing guarantee.
- Same-day shipping: Most orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same day.
- Carrier estimates: USPS Priority Mail typically delivers in 2–5 business days. Delivery speed is controlled by the carrier once the package is in transit.
- Need a guaranteed date? Choose FedEx or UPS at checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Most orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
- During peak launches or promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days. Our guarantee is that your order will ship within this 3-day window.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
- USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 2–5 business days.
- FedEx or UPS: Multiple service levels are available at checkout. Select these carriers if you need an assured delivery date.
- Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carriers. Electrum Ink does not control carrier transit times.
Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
- Tracking may take several hours to update after the label is created.
Shipping Rates
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.
- Any promotional or free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the product or cart page.
Shipping Address and Changes
- Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order.
- If you need a change, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee edits once an order is in processing or has shipped.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and Rural Routes
- USPS can deliver to PO Boxes and most APO/FPO addresses.
- Some FedEx/UPS services do not deliver to PO Boxes. Choose USPS for PO Box delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.
- If your order is delayed or shows delivered but is missing, start by contacting the carrier with your tracking number. We are happy to assist with information needed for a carrier claim.
- If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contents and contact us promptly so we can help.
International Shipping
- Availability and rates vary by destination and carrier. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier or local customs.
Holidays and Weather
- Carrier networks may experience delays during holidays, severe weather, or supply chain disruptions. Please plan accordingly or select FedEx or UPS if your delivery date is critical.
Note: “Electrum Supply has no control over how long it takes the Post Office to deliver.” For delivery dates that must be met, please select FedEx or UPS at checkout.
